08 The plan was to drive
at Matrand 4-5 so i worked some late nights to get ready.
Friday i canselled the saturday saturday race, late saturday
i was trying the wheels to check how it fits
with the fiberglass body. The body was`nt a problem but the
brakes was. I have new calippers rear since
lat time
and they where to big in the
wheels so i decided to give up, go home and get me a good cold beer

08 And here is the
reason, i was hoping i had assembled something wrong but no, i think the block
got some
real beating pulling out 850 Hp with only the inner main bolts holding it
together

08 Final dynorun my a..
This engine is pure evil. Last time in the dyno we got about 60 psi of oil
pressure
all day long. Now it went down to 30 psi before we even got to make some real
power.
Tried new oil and filter, tried new oilpump, same low pressure. This is it,
i`m putting my old engine in
and load it with nitrous

Sweden RockFestival 6-8 / 6 was sunny as always and with Hanoi Rocks, Poison,
Saxon etc. etc.
on stage it was a good weekend
This weekend 27 - 28/6 its Sex Pistols, WASP, Hanoi Rocks etc. on Peace & Love

plan was to Dyno the engine with NOS the day after just to see the magic
1000Hp, but after an inspection of the main bearings
i
pulled the threads out of the outer bolts on the main bearing caps. I think
it`s because the bolts are to short and the torque is
too
high (110 ft/lbs) The bolts are only threading 18-19mm into the block leaving
11-12mm unused threads left in the hole ???
I
have contacted World Products for a comment, and they say 110 ft/lbs is OK ??? And ARP
for new studs, and their instruction
says
90 ft/lbs
