A standard four bolt main cap from a wrecked block, cut in four and mount to the block
drilled out for bushings on the outer studs to get it tight before gluing them together

I glued them together with a peace of sheetmetal on each side, finding this cool stuff : J-B weld

The inner holes drilled for the dowel`s and outer holes machined to 15,1 mm for the tap,
using bushings, one set for the studs, one to guide the drill and one for the rear of the tap

This is the threads that went out, only 0.720" This tool needed a little adjustment to go deeper

because of the splayed bolts New threads ready for the insert`s

0,650" vs 1,000" vs 1,250 yes ??

Not the fancy 12 point nuts but i can live with that, after all its better than too short bolts

All the work is done almost upside down, not to disassemble the engine
Thank`s to Øystein Solberg at Craftsman tools Norway for insert questions and supply,
ARP for answering my questions (nagging) about torque and studs etc.
all you guys at the forums out there
